The Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons is currently seeking career driven professionals to fill the roles of Leasing Manager and Leasing Agent. Manager candidates are expected to have prior multifamily leasing experience. While the leasing agent will have a background in sales, customer service and/or hospitality. Both roles are needed to ensure positive resident relations and maximum occupancy.

Duties:

Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents

Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork

Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves

Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations

Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities

Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
