Duties and responsibilities:
Examines documents for outgoing shipments
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items
Ability to prioritize on the spot and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Tabulates and posts data in spreadsheets or various types of computer programs
Records orders for merchandise or service
Operates office machines
Responsible for Scale Clerk when needed:
Weighs truck or trailers, records gross, tare or net weights, directs trucks to loading destination
Duties and responsibilities:
Order, stock or issue materials
Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages
Stock supplies and materials using a forklift
Counts material, equipment, merchandise or supplies
Compares inventories to office records
Must have Excel experience
Required skills: Basic Microsoft Office experience such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiar with and ability to become proficient in Navision software
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6am to 4:30pm
