Seeking a full-time office Admin to support a Property Management Firm. Applicant should be a self-starter, responsible, a problem solver, work well with others, and be able to manage time effectively. Qualified candidates must have 2 years of office administration experience, be computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capable of office tasks such as:
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist in writing letters, preparing notices to our tenants and vendors
-Receives and coordinates maintenance repair calls: scheduling, follow-up, quote preparation, problem resolution, and post-service activities
-Opens new work orders, assign and dispatch vendors, update team as to status and confirm completion of work in a timely and satisfactory manner
-Enter invoices in database
-Ability to have great follow through and follow-up on relevant information required
-Track information changes and updating database
-Handle sensitive and confidential information
-Must be flexible and able to meet multiple deadlines
Requirements:
. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
· High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
· A minimum one-year experience in a customer service related industry
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
