On Site Mobile Home Property Manager - Part time

We are hiring a part time property manager for a mobile home park in Redding, CA. Hours will vary depending on workload, but average 20 per week.

Duties include managing residents, enforcing park rules, distributing rent invoices and non compliant notices, collecting and depositing rent, overseeing maintenance and landscaping, coordinating quotes and vendors, filling vacancies, processing rental applications and being available for emergencies.

Applicants must be willing to live on site in a park provided 2 bedroom single wide manufactured home.

Necessary skills: Computer, email, problem solving, verbal and written communication, passion for order.
