Responsibilities:
Office management, including supplies and facilities.
Administrative support: correspondence, scheduling, and meetings.
Basic HR tasks: onboarding, record-keeping, and training.
Financial assistance: invoicing, expenses, and reconciliations.
Customer interaction: professional service and support.
Data management: maintaining accurate records and databases.
Special projects: assisting with initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Proven office management/administration experience.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
QuickBooks Experience
Problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the construction industry is a highlight.
Knowledge of estimating is preferred.
