Groundskeeper/Janitorial position available

We are a large apartment complex in downtown Melbourne in need of a dedicated groundskeeper/janitorial/maintenance assistant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping our community free of garbage and debris, our laundry rooms and swimming pool bathrooms clean and assist Project Manager with multiple janitorial and maintenance as well as flipping apartments when vacant.

We work Monday thru Friday, 9 am until 5 pm. Great work environment and amazing co workers.
