Bookkeeper Management- Quickbooks
Bookkeeper- Quickbooks advanced needed in fast growing construction company. Great opportunity to advance for the right person.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person, a self-starter who does not need constant supervision and can be trusted to follow the process every time. If that also sounds like you, please send us your resume. Interviews are being conducted soon as possible.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service: Learning and actively participating in setting a high standard in Customer Service
Administrative: To stay up to date on changes to QuickBooks and MS Office, create project spreadsheets and correspondence, while representing the company at all times in a friendly and positive manner.
Contact your insurance broker to renew the certificate of insurance for each project.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll and bookkeeping.
Construction experience preferred
Must be friendly, self starter and problem solver
Extensive knowledge of MS Office
Organized and detail oriented
Accounting degree is preferred, but not required
CPA Firm Experience a plus
IN OUR OFFICE
Knowledge:
QuickBooks Desktop
Basic English (written and speaking)
Russian Spiking Preferred
The NOTARY Seal Must Be
Excellent organizational skills and must be reliable
Organized and responsible
Must be able to coordinate scheduling, for jobs and sub-contractors.
Helpful if you have a construction experience
