Home Health Personal Assistant

-I am looking for home care assistants with a very energetic personality for 24/7 care of my disabled 34 year old son . -

-Days/Nights needed would be Saturday & Sundays Am shift 8am-4pm Pm shift 9pm-5am Family can be flexible with hours within reason.

-Very large and private house in country setting in Alden(border of Lancaster NY)

-Fully equipped and large private room and bathroom

-VERY CASUAL AND COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE

-Need to staff the right person for the job ASAP

-Reliable transportation is a MUST.

THIS IS THROUGH A AGENCY Therefore, you will need to receive a PPD which is at agencies cost if you decide to do through them/or you are able to go to your primary doctor to receive it and show proof to agency.

-Duties are listed below; however, are not limited to this list:

Bathing (bed bath or shower)

Use of lifts ( Hoyer)

Hospital bed, Shower chair, wheelchair.

Anything else he may require for his comfort and care.

I'm looking for people who will take the position SERIOUSLY and will treat my son as if he was their own.

Candidates must be honest, trustworthy and reliable.

Working the hours you have committed to is very important in the care of person in need and in an young person’s life.- Candidates must be dog friendly.

Training will be provided on all equipment and also the care of our son -It is very important to follow existing practices of our son's home care routine.

Family is home to help out and assist when-ever needed.
