The role of the Precision Capital Marketing Assistant is largely an execution role. Executing the tasks and goals of the company’s Marketing Director. As determined by the Marketing Director, the company may avail itself to outside vendors to assist in some marketing projects or campaigns. The Marketing Assistant would largely manage those relationships.
The Marketing Assistant role balances two areas of responsibility: growing our investor base and expanding our marketing reach. This position would be responsible for gathering content, implementing our strategy, and supporting company objectives. In the Marketing Assistant aspect of the role, they will collaborate with the Marketing Director and provide support to a wide range of marketing and outreach initiatives.
Time Commitment: Full-Time. This position requires in-office availability during normal business hours with limited travel and after-hours availability for events.
Typically, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Exact hours to be determined.

Back-up Person: Director of Operations
Compensation: Non-exempt, hourly.

Responsibilities:
General Marketing
While Precision Capital has two distinct targets for Marketing there are many marketing tasks which are “generic” for this company and used by Investor Sales and Lending. These tasks would be coordinated by the Marketing Assistant.
Facilitate changes to the Precision Capital website. PrecisionCapital.net
Facilitate marketing to:
The companies supported and approved social media platforms.
Monitor and update email drip campaigns.
Facilitate monthly Newsletters to Investors and prospective investors.
Facilitate video content as needed.
Develop written content as needed.
Facilitate changes to any print or digital collateral.
Order marketing materials or “swag” as directed by Director of Marketing.
Facilitate conference registrations and travel for employees attending conventions.
Build a working knowledge of products and company through close collaboration with the Marketing Director.
Assist with creation, production and proofing of investor support documents, presentations, and related content.
Participate in front desk reception coverage in the absence of the Office Administrator.
Undertake other projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities.
Work with Marketing to implement company social media strategy that aligns with current company objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and execute integrated campaigns.
Monitor and direct to appropriate staff member any customer inquiries, comments, and messages from marketing responses.
Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly with Marketing team.
Monitor and report on competitors' social media activity.
Adhere to consistent company brand standards in all product support materials and communications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite [Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook] Graphic Design, CRM database management, mail metering and more.
Marketing to Investors
Precision Capital has relationships with over 600 investors who invest in one or more of the Limited Partnerships that Precision Capital manages, also known as “The Funds”. These investors work directly with the Investment Sales Team. While investors work directly with Investment Sales, the Marketing Director is responsible for coordinating with the Investment Sales Team to attract new investors and encourage existing investors to invest more capital.
Assist and understand Investor Sales duties. Maintain the ability to meet with Investors to create documents and receive funds, in the absence of Investor Sales.
Learn Mortgage Office Software to assist with DocuSign for electronic signatures.
Assist Investor Sales with maintaining, managing and executing IRA documents through set up process.
Assist Investor Sales in preparing for client events.
Assist Investor Sales in coordinating events to educate and attract new investors.
The above assistance is to direct the Investment Sales team to the proper resources and / or vendors for support.
Maintain an individual profile and contact record in Precision Capital’s contact management system for each current or prospective investor, as directed by the Marketing Director.
Other Administrative Duties
While the title of this position is Marketing & Sales Assistant, there is a not to be minimized, administrative support component as well.
The Marketing Director and Director of Operations will remain in communication to ensure this shared role is well coordinated with excellent communication and expectations.
This position requires an outgoing, friendly demeanor, with the ability to easily meet and converse with people. This position represents Precision Capital and must act in a professional manner, always.
