Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a polished Account Manager to join our team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company. You will be responsible for helping customers with their service needs. We are willing to train the right person. Salary will depend on experience. Responsibilities:

Handle customer service needs

Interacting with multiple insurance carriers

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Previous insurance experience a plus, but not necessary.

Excellent computer and typing skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Property and casualty license or obtain within 6 months of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
