Experienced Line Cook / Pizza maker Flagler Beach [$17-20]

Come join the team at FARO in Flagler Beach. We offer a great working environment, that cares about the food we make.

Our hours are Wed & Thu 4-9pm / 11-10pm Fri, Sat & Sun

So no late nights or early mornings.

Our kitchen is modern, spacious, has AC, is easy to clean and maintain, equipment is maintained, and you have almost 180° views of the ocean while you work.

No fryers, flat tops or greasy hoods to deal with!

As a cook, you should be well versed with the following skills:

opening, managing and closing stations

handling an oven

prepping ingredients in an efficient & organized manner

ability to follow and complete recipes

team player, planning ahead & adaptability based on situations

proper time management & problem solving

maintain food safety practices & keep kitchen clean

punctual & reliable

If you have pizza making experience, you should be well versed with the following skills:

Cutting & shaping dough

Correctly proofing dough & ability to understand when dough is ready to use

Handling dough and putting it in pans

Topping pizzas & cooking them correctly
