Customer Service - Dispatcher

Udyat Relocation is looking for an experienced, highly qualified bi-lingual teammate for the Dispatch & Customer Service Representative position. In this position, you will play a vital role in the service function of the company. The position is responsible for responding to escalated driver issues, and working with the delivery team, clients, and customer service department to resolve concerns. Respond to any claims submitted by customers. Provide ETA to clients, follow up with delivery teams and ensure completion of all deliveries scheduled for the day.

Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm.

Work experience in the 3PL bussines / Final Mile Logistics.

Ability to read and interpret maps and directions.

Knowledge of geographic region in the greater Miami area.

Ability to handle multiple competing tasks.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
