Handyman Needed for Repairs and Maintenance

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of maintenance and repair skills and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Performing minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and cleaning.

Inspecting and troubleshooting various issues in residential/commercial buildings.

Repairing and installing appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

Knowledge of various maintenance and repair skills, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.

Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
