Socarrat Paella Bar is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated managers with a passion for food, wine, and hospitality!
Who We Are:
We are a multi-location restaurant group with three locations in NYC looking to expand. We are looking for team members whose skills will contribute to the growth of the business as well as those who seek to grow within the company themselves.
What you will bring to the table:
Strong understanding of food, beverage, reservations, & service programs
Understanding of restaurant financial knowledge (P&L /budget/food & labor costs)
Excellent dining room and facilities operations knowledge
Ensure high performance and profitability while maintaining overall excellence & hospitality each day.
Maintain a respectful and team-oriented attitude toward all staff
Skills and Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in food cost management
DOH Food Certificate holder a plus
Restaurant software knowledge
Spanish speaking a plus

Setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Maintaining property and equipment
Inspecting and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
Performing front-line customer service
