Handyman needed (Erie, PA) to live at the Park Plaza Motel

Free lodging included

I need a handyman to help me maintain my rental properties doing the following tasks:

Repair walls, doors, railings, etc.

Interior & exterior Painting

Patch drywall or plaster

Replace toilets, sinks, or faucets

Replace a ceiling lights and fans

Replace a locks

Install smoke detectors

Light a pilot light on a furnace or hot water tank

Clean gutters

Cut grass & remove snow

Fix and clean windows

Repair awnings

You must have your own truck and tools. I pay for materials up front.

$20 per hour plus Motel room lodging
