Bookkeeping:
We are searching for a permanent, part-time QuickBooks pro with at least one year of experience to help our growing accounting, bookkeeping and tax management practice with bookkeeping and financial management. The perfect candidate should have an understanding of QuickBooks and be able to handle various tasks related to it or have a strong interest in being trained by a professional with over 30 years of experience.
Most important is the reconciling of bank statements, creating reports, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records. Some knowledge of managing accounts receivable and payable would be very helpful, The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with small business accounting practices and tax regulations is a bonus.
Tax:
Candidates with some knowledge of Drake tax preparation software or a strong interest in learning tax preparation from an Enrolled Agent will be given some preference.
