Licensed Electrician Needed/Must be Gay friendly

Needing a breaker box updated to be in compliance/code. First need an estimate as I have to get the funds for it. But need to get it done today. Not a wealthy guy here. Ladders tend to tear up my floor, so it is best if you are tall.
