Handyman / Property Management Assistant Wanted (Milwaukee)

Sonoco Realty LLC is seeking someone handy and honest to be a part time assistant.

Job will include:

going on service calls to tenants homes for servicing of different sorts.

repairs, Servicing, paint, turnover for apartments, LAWN CARE, spackling, and much more.

troubleshooting is a must. being nice and a people person is key as well as being honest.

right now this position is on an as needed basis but can develop into alot more work.
