Overnight Weekend Care Partner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with activities related to assisted living, medication administration, long term care, vital signs monitoring, social work support, memory care, and overall senior care services. You will work closely with our team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Duties:

- Overnight shift is consists of mostly cleaning, meal prep, organization and resident care if they wake.

- Provide hands-on assistance with daily activities for individuals.

- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines and protocols if needed. No scheduled medication pass at

night.

- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns promptly if assigned.

- Engage in social activities to promote emotional well-being and social interaction among residents if residents wake.

- Understand memory care techniques to support individuals with cognitive impairments - HOME is not a memory care

- Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized home community care services.

- Contribute to the overall quality of home care services provided to seniors.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in assisted living or related healthcare settings.

- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to safety protocols.

- Knowledge of long term care practices and procedures.

- Ability to accurately monitor and record vital signs.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to senior care.

- Familiarity with memory care techniques is a plus.

- Certification or training are advantageous.

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
