Hiring Automotive Electrician/Audio

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Electrician/Audio Man to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. You are also responsible for performing and resolving diagnostic and troubleshooting issues. Becoming a team member at Qwik Auto Center, we expect clean work that doesn't return due to mistakes. Your expertise in working with power tools, interpreting schematics, and handling logic controllers will be crucial in this role. Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain electrical systems in auto vehicles of any size. Our work typically consists of sedan/truck size vehicles, however do expect to work on party buses, homes, etc.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics

- Utilize power tools to build and repair electrical components

- Test electrical systems using voltmeters and oscilloscopes

- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems

- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards

- Collaborate with construction teams to renovate existing electrical systems

- Provide guidance to apprentices and junior electricians

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician in a commercial or industrial setting

- Proficiency in working with low voltage systems

- Familiarity with audio systems, amps, speakers, subwoofers, etc.

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
