Laborer / Helper

Josh D @ (craftsman) is seeking a motivated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that are necessary to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites.

- Operate basic hand tools and equipment.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

- Assist other team members with tasks as needed.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. (Can still be in high school)

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Previous experience in a general labor or construction role is a plus, but NOT required.
