Seeking a reliable and organized part-time administrative Assistant to support our bookkeeper/operations manager with basic administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to spend time in a professional office environment and assist with the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with basic data entry and recordkeeping.

Organize and manage company files, both digital and physical.

Handle routine administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.

Support with the preparation of simple documents and reports.

Assist with coordinating office supplies and inventory management.

Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Hours:

Flexible part-time schedule, approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Hours can be adjusted based on workload and availability.
