Junior Structural Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to join our small team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about residential design and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. No direct experience required, but an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and analysis of residential structures.

Prepare structural drawings and documentation.

Conduct site visits to inspect construction and renovations.

Collaborate with other engineers on project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Associates’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

0-2 years of experience in structural engineering, preferred

Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Interest in residential construction and design.
