This is an in-office position located in Cedar Park.

As a Call Center Sales Agent at Square Cow Moovers, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and book moves for our clients. In addition to booking moves, you will also be responsible for handling customer service calls and transferring them to the appropriate manager when necessary.

As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and it is important that you provide excellent customer service at all times. This includes being friendly, professional, and helpful, as well as being able to address any questions or concerns that clients may have.

Overall, the Call Center Sales Agent plays a vital role in the success of Square Cow Moovers. Your ability to book moves and provide excellent customer service will be essential in helping us to grow and thrive as a business. Responsibilities:

- You must be able to commute to our office in Cedar Park, TX- Answer incoming calls

- Book moves for clients

- Handle customer service calls and transfer to the correct manager

- Bilingual is not required, but is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
