Automotive Service/Repair Technician
Independent automotive service/repair facility is seeking to hire technicians. Company has been in business for over 25 years, has a loyal customer base and continues to grow with referrals and positive on-line reviews. Current employees have been working here 10-25 years, receive a steady paycheck and enjoy their jobs. Factory OEM parts are used on most service and repair procedures to minimize part related comebacks. We are a full service and repair facility for USA, Asian and some European make vehicles. ASE test guides and exams are provided and paid by employer. There is a Monday - Friday work week.
Qualifications: Ability to lift heavy objects, Valid drivers license, Ability to drive various types of vehicles, manual transmission preferred but not required, Provide basic power and hand tool set, Minimum 1 year experience or tech school graduate, ASE certifications a plus.
Duties; Oil changes, fluid changes, vehicle inspections, tire repair/replacement/balance, brake inspection/reline, battery service/replacement, cooling system diagnosis/repair, removal and replacement of components for engine, transmission, heating/air conditioning, steering/suspension, power accessories, minor diagnostic troubleshooting. Applicant not required to fulfill all stated duties. You tell us what you are comfortable doing and move up from there.
Compensation: $21.00-$30.00 hourly, paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance paid in full by employer
