Summary:

The Field Supervisor will be tasked with managing and driving the construction activities of projects while interacting with customers, trade partners, building inspectors, and other ECC associates to deliver quality products on time and in full. The Field Supervisor has a critical role in creating a Truly Outstanding Customer Experience. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability of working in a team environment are crucial for this position

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from start to finish according to the ECC Construction Schedule.

- Deliver projects with zero defects upon completion.

- Coordinate and manage trade partners to meet quality and budget requirements.

- Resolve customer issues promptly.

- Utilize time management skills for inspections and managing multiple punch lists and QC items.

- Maintain a clean job site.

- Enforce OSHA safety requirements and ECC safety programs.

- Mentor and train associates for skill advancement.

- Demonstrate commitment to quality improvement and continuous improvement.

- Address customer needs with sensitivity.

- Participate actively as a team player and adapt to changes.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Order and inspect site materials.

- Provide daily updates via iPad.

- Complete company-specific training as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

- 5+ years of experience in framing/ residential project production or equivalent education.

- Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of residential, multi-family, and commercial building materials.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and pride in work quality.

- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

- Strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities.

- Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Windows, Office, internet).

- Capability to manage and QC all four current scopes.

- Ability to read construction plans.

- Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs independently.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

- 10 Hour OSHA Certification (required within 3 months of hire).

Other Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
