Litigation Attorney (Full remote)

Our small, busy civil litigation defense firm looks to expand its legal team and bring on an experienced litigation attorney with a minimum of four years’ civil litigation experience and excellent legal writing. This position is full remote work-from-home. This is an employee position, not independent contractor. You will have your own cases to manage and will handle discovery, motions, hearings, and depositions as needed. You manage your assigned files with a significant amount of autonomy.

The firm works on exciting, often high-risk cases throughout California. We are a cloud-based, paperless office with a robust document management and billing program (Clio Manage).
