RoseChild Services, LLC, is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Independent Solar Sales Consultants to join our team in the Washington, D.C., and Maryland region.

Position: Independent Solar Sales Consultant

Campaign: Open Solar

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

About Us:

RoseChild Services, LLC, partners with Open Solar to offer affordable, clean, and renewable energy solutions to homeowners.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and secure contracts for solar panel installations in the DC/MD region.

- Collect and upload utility bills.

- Verify property ownership and upload proof to Open Solar CRM.

- Ensure contracts for clients needing new roofs are at least for a $0.06 P.P.A. or higher.

- Manage customer cancellations and handle "claw backs" on commissions.

Compensation:

- Payment Terms: Paid every two weeks.

- Milestones:

->Site survey completed: up to $150.

->Notice to Proceed (NTP) by utility company: $350.

->Remainder of commission paid after final inspection and installation.

-Claw Back: Responsible for covering commission if a customer cancels.

Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills.

-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

-Ability to work independently.

-Passion for renewable energy.

-Comfortable with door-to-door sales.
