Seeking experienced Janitorial staff who have a passion for cleaning, excellent customer service and teamwork skills - Start this weekend!

All Island Maintenance is a locally owned and operated company that services all islands. We provide general maintenance for businesses and residential properties. We've also provide on-call/seasonal staff support for Kitchen, Restaurants and Events which include Kitchen Prep, Utility Stewards / Dishwashers and experienced Banquet Waitstaff.

Our team of professional Janitors play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of public venues before, during, and after events. Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for event attendees, customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning and sanitization tasks in public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and seating areas.

Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.

Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment and materials for events.

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.

Collaborate with event staff to address specific cleaning needs during events.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Good communication skills. Will utilize a hand held radio.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events dictate.

Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
