Plant Manager

Exciting opportunity at well-established bakery celebrating 45-years in business. Production facility is clean and safe, easily accessible from 294 and 94, and employees have been here for an average of 11 years. We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee our bakery operation in Northbrook, IL. Successful candidate would be responsible for food safety, quality assurance, staffing, purchasing, and overseeing production floor. This person would report directly to owners. Production and shipping/receiving supervisors would report to this individual. Must be detail-oriented, and able to focus on safety of employees while ensuring that quality controls are followed.
