Property Preservation Contractor

I am looking for an experienced PROPERTY PRESERVATION contractor to operate in the SHREVEPORT & surrounding areas. I have been in the industry for 20 years and have been there and done that when it comes to dealing with the client in the office and working on properties in the field. there is NOTHING i ask contractors to go do that I have not done myself. you are required to have your own mowers, trailer, truck and basic tools of the trade.

you need to have experience with the following:

debris removal

grass cuts/tree trims

winterizations

initial secures/lock changes

evictions

providing bids for conveyance issues and damages on properties

I use PPW and would require that you receive and process your work to me via PPW

pay is weekly (for the work completed the previous week) and is likely more than what you are used to getting paid from other jokers you have worked with in the past in this industry.
