We are a growing e-commerce company seeking an individual eager to learn more about e-commerce.

Here are some key tasks involved in this position:

Assisting our customers with questions regarding their orders by phone and e-mail. We are a

customer-oriented seller and expect to provide a pleasant customer experience each time we speak to our customers. Strong communication skills are a must.

Motivated and able to work alone with little supervision. We will provide you with all the training

necessary to feel confident in doing so.

Organizational skills and willingness to learn. There are many facets that may make up this position as we continue to grow.

We hope you will be willing to learn and be a team player. You will be part of a small team and we hope that you are reliable and trustworthy, a sense of humor and flexibility is a plus!

Having computer skills and being internet savvy will be very helpful.

Hours: Mon - Fri 9 am- 3 pm (20-25 hours/week) We are flexible
