Company Overview: UFO Rolls is a new rolling paper brand based in Brooklyn, NY. Our all-in-one rolling papers is one of our main products. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our presence in smoke shops, dispensaries, and at vendor events.

Position: Sales Representative

Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

On Your Own Time:

-Lead Generation: Visit smoke shops and dispensaries to identify and generate leads for potential buyers of our rolling -papers.

-Follow-Up: Engage with leads through phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and close sales.

-Sales Tracking: Maintain and update a weekly sales tracking spreadsheet to monitor progress and performance.

-Sample Distribution: Utilize provided samples to facilitate sales and provide potential customers with an opportunity to experience our products.

-Compensation: Purchase boxes of rolling papers must be purchased by the sales representative in advance to sell to stores. Sales reps will upcharge the costs and retain the profit margin.

At Vendor Events:

-Customer Engagement: Welcome potential customers to our booth, providing a friendly and informative experience.

-Product Demonstration: Sell and demonstrate our rolling paper kits, emphasizing the benefits and features of our Grind & Roll Kits or pre-rolled cones.

-Transaction Handling: Manage cash and credit card sales efficiently and securely.

-Promotion: Assist in promoting UFO Rolls at events through engaging interactions and promotional activities.

-Compensation: Earn an hourly wage for event participation.

Requirements:

-Age: Must be 21 years or older.

-Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and energetic.

-Interest: A cannabis enthusiast.

-Reliability: Responsible, reliable, disciplined, and organized.

-Physical Ability: Able to lift 25 lbs easily and stand on your feet for prolonged periods.

-Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently.

-Sales Skills: Basic sales and negotiation skills.

-Transportation: Reliable transportation for visiting potential clients and attending events.

-Sales Tracking: Ability to manage and track sales data accurately.

-Experience: Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus.

-Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the cannabis industry and rolling papers is beneficial but not required.

-Technology: Familiarity with Square point of sale systems (preferred, not required).

Compensation:

-Commission-based earnings from upcharged sales to stores. Note: Supplies must be bought from sales representatives at wholesale pricing in order to sell.

-Hourly wage for vendor events.

-Potential bonuses based on performance and sales targets
