general labor/consession stand worker

Looking for general labor to work concessions at the Cleveland Browns, Guardians, and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.

The concession stand worker is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing a memorable experience for the guest. Adhere to established food safety, handling, and sanitation standards.

Essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to Customer Service, Food preparation, Set-up/breakdown and cash handling

Job responsibilities:

-Courteously greets and assists guest

-Take orders

-Break down, cleans, and sanitize work stations

- Serves food to guest while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the guest needs

-Maintain excellent service, positive demeanor, friendly, efficient, service towards guest, clients, and co workers
