Position: Assistant Production Manager

Job Summary: As an Assistant Production Manager at Persys, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager to ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, and optimize resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

1. Assist in managing the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Collaborate with the Production Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of the production floor.

Efficiency Enhancement:

3. Work alongside the Production Manager to maximize production capacity, flexibility, and product quality while

minimizing costs.

4. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by leading by example. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

New Facility Setup (First Year):

Play a key role in establishing a new facility from scratch.

Assist in managing suppliers and subcontractors and supporting business permits.

Be hands-on and handle maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements and skills:

 Previous experience in production or manufacturing for at least 3 years.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Proactive Mindset: Always seeking improvement.
