1. Position Available ASAP (Service Manager)(25-38HR) - A Service Manager, is responsible for overseeing service employees and daily operations within the customer service department. Their duties include creating customer service policies/schedules to help employees effectively communicate with customers over the phone/email and live portal, speaking with customers who have complex questions, addressing any concerns issues. Experience in managerial positions, having excellent communication and customer service skills. Minimum 2 years of commercial PV installation experience.

2. Position Available ASAP (Service Technician) (23-34HR) - As a Solar Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of solar energy systems. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining solar panels and associated equipment. You will work both independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on solar energy systems, including servicing panels, checking connections, and inspecting components for wear and tear.

Diagnose and repair issues with solar panels, inverters, and other system components.

Test and evaluate the performance of solar energy systems using specialized equipment.

Install and replace faulty components as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of PV installation experience.

Knowledge of electrical systems and components relating to power generation.

Knowledge of the National Electric Code in relation to solar projects.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A safety first attitude including compliance with OSHA requirements.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
