Job description
We’re looking for a part time customer service employee to come in 5 or 6 days a week, around 5 hours each day between 1-6 pm but can be flexible. Our main services are shipping, mailbox rentals, passport photos, various printing services and notary. Prior experience preferred but is not required as we will provide all the training nessesary. This is a fast-paced job with multiple tasks thrown at you at any time. Bonus if you have desire to get a Notary license or become a LiveScan operator.
Skills/Tasks
Prompt, reliable, and responsible with great communication skills
Ability to lift, move 35lbs and work on your feet for a long duration
Greet customers in friendly and professional manner
Take ownership of the customer's shipping problems and offer viable solutions
Answer phone calls and respond to customer email inquiries
Strong verbal/written skills, to include spelling and math
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Adobe, etc)
Great customer service skills
Shipping and packing experience preferred but not necessary
