General Maintenance

Technician need to perform general trash and debris cleanup at commercial/retail centers, clean inside units when necessary, window cleaning, change out trash can liners, graffiti removal and/or cover-ups which involves paint matching, lift and haul away dumped items, clean/remove what homeless leave, clean roofs of debris and vegetation growth including rain gutters and downspouts. Additional compensation possible for applicants who possess "additional skills" such as chain link fence repair, ceiling tile replacements, drywall, concrete, cold mix fills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.

Five paid holidays.
