CNC MASTERCAM PROGRAMMER-MACHINIST

A high-end manufacturer is seeking a talented and experienced CNC Machinist and Mastercam programmer.

Responsibilities:

Operate, program, and set up HAAS CNC 3 and 4-axis mills and lathes

Operate cutting-edge multi-tasking 8 Axis CNC Swiss milling/turning machine center. (will be willing to train the right guy)

Program mill and lathe tool paths using Mastercam software.

Machine parts using detailed drawings and CAD models.

Design and manufacture tooling and fixtures for use in the manufacture of parts.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Mastercam Programming. (A MUST)

Minimum 3+ years of experience in set-up and operation of HAAS CNC mills and lathes.

Able to interpret complex drawings and specifications.

Proficient in applying Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing as it pertains to CNC manufacturing.view

Ability to use precision measuring instruments during in-process part validation.

Must be reliable, motivated, a self-starter, and able to work well collaboratively within the company.

Able and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Wages are dependent on experience.
