Server - Boardroom Kailua

The Boardroom Kailua is a farm-to-glass inspired craft cocktail restaurant dedicated to showcasing Hawaii's local artisans and farmers. We curate a menu that tells a story of Hawaii, offering a unique customer experience through our crafted cocktails and exceptional service.

Position: Server

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate server with a deep commitment to delivering outstanding service and a genuine interest in our craft cocktail offerings and local cuisine. As part of our team, you'll contribute to our mission of creating memorable experiences and promoting Hawaii's local culture through our menu.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to guests by welcoming them warmly, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.

- Knowledgeably describe menu items, including craft cocktails and local dishes, and assist patrons in making food and beverage selections.

- Assist in maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of dining areas and support bar staff as needed.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient operations and accurate order fulfillment.

- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a server role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or similar setting.

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Interest in craft cocktails and local cuisine, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with patrons.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Requirements:

- Provide 3 references.

- Pass a background check.

- Possess a Hawaii Blue Card.

- Hold a current Food Handlers Certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13 base hourly + TIPS (based off experience)
