The Kitchen Lead at Hunt + Alpine is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, from hiring, training, staff development and management; to menu development, costing and standardization; to maintaining back-of-house operational systems, inventory and ordering.
Pay is DoE, starting at $50,000 salary plus benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, commissions on event sales, and employee discounts.

Hunt + Alpine is a two-time James Beard Foundation semi-finalist and was named by Thrillist as one of the Best Cocktail Bars in America in 2020. We are small, tight team making great food in a small, but mighty kitchen.
Our kitchen is focused on local seafood, veggies and seasonal ingredients. We love to support our local farmers and fishers bringing as much local ingredients to our classic and Scandinavian-influenced menu.
