Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Leasing industry based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role encompasses managing the reception area, administrative tasks, and customer service. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that visitors are greeted professionally, managing complaints, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities: Warmly and professionally greet all visitors upon arrival at the office. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high-quality customer service. Oversee the maintenance of a tidy and welcoming reception area, creating a positive first impression. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating communication between departments. Assist in special guest arrangements and ensure seamless operations during their visit. Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates and coordinate with property management to resolve issues promptly. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate market. Maintain accurate records of all tenant communications and handle correspondence. Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, including online listings, signage, and networking events. Work closely with property management, maintenance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless property operations. Use proficient knowledge of office software and front desk management systems to execute tasks efficiently. Handle basic troubleshooting for office equipment and update or create basic marketing materials and websites. Perform other related duties as assigned during peak times or in the absence of the Manager. Requirements Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system Proven customer service skills Experience with data entry Proficiency in email correspondence Strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Experience in tenant retention Ability to order office supplies Previous experience in a leasing industry or similar industry Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work Must be detail-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledge of basic office equipment operation Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
