Description We are offering an opportunity for a junior or mid-level associate attorney to join our team, primarily involved in commercial litigation. The selected candidate will be working on a variety of substantive litigation matters, including complex litigation, corporate disputes, and intellectual property disputes.Responsibilities: Handle civil litigation cases, including complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. Draft pleadings and motions as part of the litigation process. Draft and respond to written discovery requests. Manage document discovery and ensure all relevant materials are properly organized and accessible. Defend depositions and argue motions as needed. Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including organizing evidence, coordinating witnesses, and developing legal strategies. Maintain superior legal writing skills to effectively communicate complex legal matters. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality legal services. Stay informed about developments and changes in the law, and apply this knowledge to current cases.Requirements JD degree from a top-tier law school and strong academic credentials. Must be an active member in good standing of a State Bar 2+ years of experience with commercial litigation Proficiency in handling Discovery Responses and Drafting Motions Experience in Defending Depositions and Trial Preparation Knowledge of Intellectual Property - Litigation Skilled in handling Complex Commercial Litigation cases Excellent Legal Writing skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills High level of professional ethics and integrity Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in using legal research software and other related software Willingness to continuously update knowledge on laws and legal guidelines.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
