DescriptionWe can't predict what the future holds, but we know Texas Instruments will have a part in shaping it.As the AI/ML Platform Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Data/AI/ML strategy. You will lead a team of experienced professionals, driving the development of innovative solutions that solve complex problems and deliver tangible business value. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong technical background in AI and ML, excellent strategic thinking, and a passion for driving results. This team is responsible for: portfolio management for new & ramping Data/AI/ML solutions/capabilities, defining specs/reference architectures for how to best leverage these capabilities for business entitlements, ensuring security and interoperability between capabilities, working with our application teams to understand new/existing requirements and assisting with end solution design.What you will do and achieve:Cross functional strategic leadership:

Lead and scale the team and technology stack, from conceptualization to implementation.

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute AI & ML opportunities.

Collaborate with Data & AI/ML platform teams on roadmaps, supportability, and operationalization of new technologies.

Lead with a Security focus, helping protect TI data as a foundation of solutions.

· Organizational Strategy

Lead multiple organizations looking for opportunities to reduce friction, increase efficiency and collaboration, while driving execution.

Set multi-year organization strategy including investment levels and needed skillsets.

Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Talent Management:

Lead and develop a team of AI/ML, and data enablement engineers focused on AI/ML initiatives across the enterprise.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of architects, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.

Technology Strategy :

Understand business needs to enable/develop correct Data Platform or AI/ML solutions.

Function as an AI & Machine Learning expert and stay at the forefront of cutting-edge trends and relevant methodologies.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business leaders across TI to understand customer needs and architect/develop solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders effectively.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

5 years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership ability, with a knack for coaching, and developing talent.

Expertise with AI/ML technologies (ex. GenAI, LLMs, etc), frameworks, and applications.

Proven experience in deploying ML/AI models in production settings.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Exceptional leadership qualities, with a clear vision and strategy for data deployment.

Familiar with data security trends, techniques, and technologies
