Attorney familiar with judicial foreclosures

I am looking for an attorney who knows how to collect excess funds which is an extremely simple process. I've done it on the west coast for the past 10 years and now looking to grow on the East Coast/South. I also need an attorney who can co-broker clients in other states such as FL or GA. So if you are not licensed in FL or GA, then you can find an attorney in that state to handle the client yet you will still get paid for that file. It'll start slow so I can learn the process working with East Coast states but realistic and conservative expectations for income is $25K/month on the low end.
