Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and communicate the value of memberships to customers through in-depth product knowledge.

Effectively convey the benefits and VALUE of membership to enhance customer interest and drive membership sales.

Enhance Member and Customer Satisfaction:

Maintain "show-ready" standards at all times, adhering to impeccable uniform guidelines.

Deliver an exceptional WOW experience to our members with an engaging, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.

Boost Processing Speed:

Increase process efficiency through comprehensive knowledge of car wash operations.

Ensure expedited and smooth service delivery to maximize customer satisfaction.

Develop Skills and Train New Employees:

Complete a variety of training modules to fully onboard to the Sales Supervisor position.

Take an active role in the continuous learning and professional development of both yourself and the team.

Mentor and train new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Lead Sales Goals:

Set and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.

Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

Motivate and inspire the team to reach their full potential, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
