Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Assisted Living Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a compassionate approach to elder care. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state regulations, managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing financial management, and maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction. The administrator will also act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a harmonious and supportive environment for all.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assisted living or long-term care administration.

- Proven leadership and management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
