Original Skiff Fish & Oysters is looking for 2 line cooks of medium experience level to join our opening team. We are a new Oyster Bar located in the newly renovated Hotel Champlain on Battery Street overlooking Lake Champlain. This partnership provides leadership from the creators Hen of the Wood, operations by notable local Restaurant Managers and Chefs, with human resources and benefits by Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the leading hotel operators in the world.
