Rare Society seeking a Sous Chef

Rare Society steakhouse in Solana Beach is a busy high end steakhouse seeking a sous chef to join our management team. This restaurant is apart of Trust Restaurant group founded by Chef Brad Wise. We focus on cooking all of our proteins over an open flame grill using red oak California sourced and butcher all of our steaks in house. We are very much working on building a strong and positive team that is small but mighty. You will be responsible for managing and closing the kitchen daily while also making sauces, butchery and over seeing all operations with in the support of our Executive chef. If you are bi languel it is a plus but not required.
