Leasing Agent- Field Manager

ONE SOURCE AFFILIATES INC is a fast growing property management company located in Atlanta, GA . We have two office locations (West End and Poncey-Highland). We are a professional real estate brokerage seeking a dedicated and dependable team member.

Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. Dust off that real estate license and become a Leasing Agent. You will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales, administrative and customer service skills, as well as a passion for real estate and property management.

Real Estate Agents for Open Houses and Commission for Move Ins.

Duties:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units

- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately

- Collect rental income, fees, and deposits from prospective tenants

- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages

- Stay up-to-date with fair housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities

- Familiarity with GAMLS/FMLS (Data Entry)

- Taking Photos and Social Media Marketing

-Check on vacant properties to ensure no unwelcome guest i.e. squatters

-Checking on vendor repairs and overall cleanliness of properties

-Removing and Replacing Lockboxes

Requirements:

- Proven experience in leasing or property management preferred

- Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and colleagues

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using social media, computer software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

-Must have reliable transportation, real estate, and driver's license
